Product Name Required - Scan Cards
All Cool New Products will include a scan card with QR code, booth number, product name and company details.
- Public Release Notice (September 30) - All Product Names will be immediately published online beginning September 30.
- Embargo Restrictions - If your product cannot be published/released before September 30, contact Nicole Walbe for options.
- Product Name Changes (September 23) - Changes made to product names after 5 pm EST, Monday September 23 are not guaranteed to be printed on product scan cards. Online edits are real-time and visible to all users via the NACS Show mobile app and online directory.
Submit Product Name and Description
- Log in to your Exhibitor Portal
- Go to Exhibitor Dashboard >> Resources >> Manage Your Product Information >> Cool New Products
- Submit and save product details
Need Electricity? Advance Order Required
Deadline: September 23 (5:00pm EST)
Electrical outlets are not readily available. Standard 120 volt available.

Product Set-Up Deadline
The Cool New Products Preview Room opens to buyers on MONDAY, October 7 at 10:00 am.
- The Preview Room opens the day before the exhibit hall. See Shipping/Delivery tab for more information.
- Product not received by October 6 can be dropped off with NACS staff. Late product will be set when traffic is slow, or end of day.
- Exhibitors cannot adjust displays during open hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Product Shipment
- Before September 27 (temperature stable products and/or equipment)
- Products being shipped to the Advanced Warehouse must be received by Freeman on or before September 27.
- Products must have this label: Download Advanced Warehouse Shipping Label
- Anything received after this date will be returned to the sender.
- After September 27 (refrigerated/frozen product or late shipments)
- Provide Tracking Information

Hand Deliver Product
- Bring your items to Booth C3369, October 5-6 between 9am and 5pm.
- Products must be received on or before Sunday, October 6 at 5pm.
- Drop off product with NACS staff or set-it up yourself. All display set up must be complete by 5:30pm on October 6.
- Log in to the Exhibitor Portal, go to Exhibitor Dashboard >> Resources >> Manage Product Information >> Cool New Products
Promote Your Participation!
- Booth Decals - An “As Seen in the Cool New Products Preview Room” is available for all partipants. Display your decal prominently in your booth display near the featured product.
- Pick up decals in the Preview Room
- Promote Your Cool New Products! Add the Cool New Products image to social posts of your product or event coverage
- Ship Your Product to Buyers! Reserve a spot in the post-Show Cool New Products Innovations Box. Two spots remaining!
Product/Equipment Pick-Up
- Product Donation
- NACS partners with Three Square to donate food products after the NACS Show.
- Indicate donation intentions via the Exhibitor Portal
- Launch Exhibitor Dashboard >> Resources >> Manage Your Products >> Cool New Products
- Pick-Up Window - Pick up your items from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 10.
- Displays cannot be picked up before 2:00 pm
- Upon room close at 1:30 pm, all attendees will depart from the room
- NACS staff needs ample time to procure empty shippers and open display cases
- While removing company items, do not take items or displays that are not
- Unclaimed Product
- All products left after 4:00 pm will be boxed up for donation and any items we cannot donate will be considered trash.
- NACS will not ship products back to participants after the Show.
- Exhibitors are responsible for all return shipping logistics and material handling costs outbound.
- Access Leads
- Access all leads real-time. View all product scans for individual products.
