NACS Hunter Club and PEI Priority Club members support the convenience and fuel retailing industry at a significantly higher level. One of their membership benefits is priority booth selection. Advance space selection begins for NACS and PEI members in January 2026 based on priority points earned since 2004. Advanced selection is followed by open sales to non-members and any other interested parties in June 2026.

Review the online floor plan for available booth options and submit an online application. NACS account managers will assign booths based on priority point seniority and availability. All applicants mustsubmit their booth reservation details through the web form. You can create your login profile and submit your online booth application. Online application access is restricted to NACS and PEI members only from January to May 2026.

NACS will once again have a New Exhibitor Area in the exhibit hall. This is a high-traffic area and focal point for retailers and buyers looking for new products with extended exhibit hall hours. Space in the New Exhibitor Area is limited to 100 square feet ($3,900) and is based on availability, membership status and company eligibility. Go to nacsshow.com/newexhibitor for more information.

Online floor plan for available booths and sizes will be available January 2026. The floor plan and booth availability changes often, and new plans are uploaded 2-3 times daily. Booth locations cannot be held. Please make sure to include multiple booth locations in your online application request. If requested options are not available, your NACS account manager will contact you with suggested locations.

Based on historical attendance flow patterns at NACS Show events in Las Vegas, a floor plan has been created that illustrates the predicted flow throughout the exhibit halls. These predictions are not a guarantee of traffic, but a guide to aid in booth layout and design. A PDF diagram of the floor plan will be available in January 2026.

Booth applications received from NACS and PEI members during the advance selection process will be assigned based on priority points earned since 2004. In June 2026, open selection begins, and spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability. Visit nacsshow.com/prioritypoints for more detailed information.

To qualify for the reduced member rate, the applicant must be a current NACS supplier member or a member of PEI and be paid at least through the dates of the NACS Show (October 6-9, 2026).

Prospective NACS Members

The following items are included in the cost of a booth:

High draped back wall (8 ft.) and side rails (3 ft.) for in-line booths only.
Booth id sign for in-line booths only.
A complimentary company listing in the online, mobile, and printed Exhibitor Directory.
Three (3) badges for booth personnel per 100 sq. ft. reserved providing access to the exhibit hall for setup, show hours, and dismantle.

Note: Booth floor covering is mandatory and must be provided by the exhibitor.

The expo is divided into five major primary product areas (Facility Development and Store Operations; Foodservice Equipment and Foodservice Programs; In-Store Merchandise; Fuel Equipment and Services; Technology) to help buyers navigate the show floor more efficiently. These areas will be color-coded in both printed materials and signage onsite. The New Exhibitor Area is also subdivided into the same primary product areas. More details on the floor plan layout can be found in January 2026.

Smoking of tobacco products and vaping (usage of electronic cigarettes or personal vaporizers) will not be permitted in the NACS Show exhibit hall. Smoking/Vaping is allowed outside the building, provided that it takes place at least 25 feet from any entrance doors to the facility.

Any change to the contracted booth size or cancellation of space must be submitted in writing to NACS. Financial penalties will be assessed based on the cancellation date as state in Section 6 of the NACS Show Exhibit Space Terms & Conditions. Download at nacsshow.com/exhibitterms.

Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending this event, you agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold NACS or any of its affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable for illness. You will take necessary precautions while at the event as recommended at that time by federal, state and local health authorities. You agree to not attend any NACS event if you feel ill.
