Sebastian Terry

Shocked by the death of a close friend in his mid-twenties, Sebastion “Seb” Terry experienced a moment in his life where he asked himself a simple question: “Am I happy?” The answer was “no,” so he created a list of 100 things that he hoped would transform his life. Dropping everything to pursue his list, Seb not only transformed his own life but also inspired millions of people to unlock limitless possibilities in their own lives.

Seb accomplished many goals from his list, including marrying a stranger in Vegas, delivering a baby, living on a deserted island for one week, raising $100,000 for charity and helping a quadriplegic man complete a half marathon by pushing him in his wheelchair. Seb is a regular guest on TV shows and the author of the book, “100 Things: What’s on Your List?”

As an expert in personal transformation, peak performance, and creating environments for success, Seb combines humor, piercing insights, and real-time action and engagement with his audience to create a unique and memorable experience for audiences around the world.
