NACS Ambassadors Volunteering

Connect with your customers and increase your company's visibility at the NACS Show.

What is the NACS Ambassadors program?

NACS Ambassadors is a program of the NACS Supplier Board that provides an opportunity for NACS Show supplier exhibitors to assist their customers in having the best trade show experience possible. Selection of days, times and stations is on a first-come, first-served basis. NACS Ambassador Volunteers provide a cheerful greeting and assist attendees in finding their way around the convention center.

Why should your company participate in NACS Ambassadors?

NACS Ambassador activities place volunteers from your exhibiting company in front of NACS Show attendees and provide an indirect marketing opportunity for your company before the exhibit hall opens. Volunteering can build brand awareness for your company, which will be noticed as a company that cares about its customers and the industry.

What do you do as a NACS Ambassador volunteer?

As a NACS Ambassador volunteer you work during a certain block of time during the NACS Show. All volunteer times are before tradeshow hours, so exhibitors won't miss a minute of exhibit hall networking! The areas in which volunteers serve include: registration, bus drop-off areas, education sessions, general sessions, and receptions. Your duties consist primarily of helping NACS Show attendees have the best experience possible while at the NACS Show. These could be finding their way to a meeting location or seminar room, providing general directions and information about events or connecting with people they're scheduled to meet.

When are NACS Ambassador Volunteers needed?

Exhibiting suppliers can volunteer for time slots based on their availability. NACS Ambassador volunteers can sign up online via the Exhibitor Portal (login required). Sign ups available in July 2024.
