Exhibitors must follow the Display Guidelines for their designated booth size and type.
The NACS Show has a targeted move-in schedule. All exhibitors will be assigned a move-in dates and time based on their booth location. Booth construction must be complete no later than October 6 at 5:00 pm. Additional details is available in the Exhibitor Service Kit in June 2026.
October 9-11, 2026
Dismantle of the exhibits begins no earlier than 1:30 pm on October 9. All exhibitor freight must be removed by noon on October 11. More information about dismantlingof exhibits is included in the Exhibitor Service Kit in June 2026.
Please Note: Priority Points will be docked for early tear down/dismantle.
IMPORTANT: Freeman will return empty containers as soon as the aisle carpet has been removed from the exhibit floor. Due to the high volume of empties and buildingconstruction, this process can take 12 hours before all empties are returned. Please plan labor, shipment pickup, and travel accordingly.
