Facilitator stimulates point/counterpoint debate on key industry topic.

Facilitated discussion. Limited use of slides or video to set-up topic.

One group is polled on a topic, and then the other has to guess the outcomes, as a stimulant for discussion.

Traditional small group classroom style format.

In this session, convenience retail loss prevention and risk experts will share strategies that they have successfully implemented to address safety concerns in their stores and on their forecourts. From doing what you can to control the store environment, working with law enforcement and the greater community, and prioritizing risks, the two retail experts on stage will provide multiple ideas to make small and big changes that can effect your bottom line, as well as customer experience, and employee culture in your stores.
