Anna Ready Blom

Anna Ready Blom serves as a Director of Government Relations at the National Association of Conveniences Stores (NACS).  In this role she advocates for the policy priorities of the convenience store industry.  Her focus is on policies related to payments, swipe fees, SNAP and tobacco.  In addition, she manages the political engagement team at NACS, which includes NACSPAC and the industry’s grassroots efforts.  Blom joined NACS in January 2015 after serving as vice president of Sentinel Strategic Advisors, where she worked with corporate and association clients to implement their grassroots and political engagement strategies.  In that capacity, she first worked with NACS and helped launch the NACS In Store program.  She previously worked on Capitol Hill for members of Congress from her home state of South Carolina.  Ready graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Furman University.
