Michael’s primary responsibilities are to develop, facilitate and manage each facet of Yesway’s customer loyalty, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Additionally, Michael oversees the daily operations of Yesway’s CRM and mobile application platforms, and is part of Yesway’s team responsible for the design and development of loyalty rewards technologies, strategies, campaigns and analysis. 
Prior to joining Yesway, Michael was the Marketing Manager for Margaritas Management Group, where he created, implemented and managed their guest loyalty program. Prior to this, he was the Marketing and Brand Manager for BlackFinn American Saloon where he developed a restaurant concept and branding program, and oversaw the graphic design and marketing teams.
