What is the NACS Show Convenience Catalyst Showcase?

The Convenience Catalyst showcase is an exclusive opportunity for select waitlisted supplier members to feature their innovative products in a dedicated exhibit within the Cool New Products Preview Room—the top destination beyond the expo floor. Last year, this space attracted over 7,000 attendees.

Boldly branded to capture attention, the Convenience Catalyst showcase will highlight 50 exceptional products, creating a must-visit destination within the Preview Room.

Each product will have a QR code, giving attendees instant access to product details and sales contact information. When attendees scan and opt-in, you’ll receive valuable leads from interested buyers.

Eligible suppliers must apply by August 8 to be considered. Note, applying does not guarantee participation as there are a limited number of spaces available.

Who is eligible to apply?

Participation in The Convenience Catalyst Showcase is by invitation only.  

A NACS panel reviewed the exhibit space applications of waitlisted companies and chose supplier members with products most relevant to the current trends and needs in the industry.  

Supplier companies must also meet the following criteria: 

Be a current NACS supplier member in good standing. 

Have a product that is new or new to the NACS Show on or after October 2024.

What is the application process and cost?

Submit your application by August 8. 

There is a $2,500 fee to participate. Payment is due by August 22. 

After payment is received, you will receive a link to provide product details and shipping labels.   

Where and when do I ship my product and how much product do I send?

NACS will send shipping labels and deadlines once payment is received. Please refer to the NACS Show Convenience Catalyst Requirements and Specifications (PDF) for additional conditions.  

Should I plan to attend the NACS Show?

No, registration for the NACS Show is not required.  

The Convenience Catalyst showcase is a display only opportunity. Sales personnel are prohibited from selling or promoting their product inside of the Cool New Products Preview Room,  or Convenience Catalyst showcase, or anywhere else on the NACS Show Floor or meeting space.

If I participate in Convenience Catalyst, will I be able to get a booth at the NACS Show too?

Participation in Convenience Catalyst does not impact your position on the wait list. Contact your exhibits manager for questions about your current wait list status.  

What do I receive for participating?

• Product visibility through the NACS Show, October 15-17.  
• Listing in the NACS Show online directory and mobile app.  
• Leads from your product display delivered in real-time to your dashboard.  
• Five (5) priority points toward 2026 NACS Show booth selection. 
• Images from the Convenience Catalyst showcase. 
• Eligible for the pre-Show Cool New Products Innovations Box.
