Cost

• $39.00 per sq ft – Member Rate (NACS and PEI Members)
• Minimum Booth Size: 10’x10’ (100 sq. ft.)
• NACS Supplier Membership Fee: $1,350.00 per year

Booth Size & Growth Restrictions

• Exhibitors must maintain the same booth size for at least three (3) consecutive years before increasing.
• First-time exhibitors are limited to 10’x10’ maximum booth size.

  The NACS Show welcomes exhibitors who are selling legal products in a legal manner. NACS does not independently evaluate the legality of the products shown in the exposition but any product of which NACS becomes aware that is not a legal product or that is not being offered in a legal manner will be removed from the NACS Show.   Things to note about the 2026 NACS Show

December 2025 | Priority Pre-Selection

Available to: NACS Hunter Club and PEI Priority Club Members

NACS Hunter Club Members will be able to select their 2026 NACS Show booth location via a virtual appointment in early December. Notification of the exact appointment date and time will be sent in early November.  PEI Priority Club Members will be able to select their 2026 NACS Show booth location beginning in mid-December. Julie Shank at PEI will be sending specific details shortly.

January – May 2026| Member* Booth Space Selection

Available to: NACS Supplier and PEI Members (as of January 1, 2026)

*Membership with NACS/PEI must be maintained through October 31, 2026 to qualify for Member Booth Space Selection and pricing.

NACS Supplier and PEI Members, in good standing, will be assigned a Priority Group to select their booth based on Priority Points. Designated tradeshow and key contacts will receive the following communications with the assigned Priority Group and other important exhibiting information:

• December 2025 – Priority Group Announcement via email
• January 2026 – Booth Space Selection Packet via email
• Reminder email sent the Thursday prior to your company selection date
• Reminder email sent the Monday of your selection date
• Please Note: All email communications will be sent from [email protected]. 

June 2026 | Open to all applicants

Available to: Members and non-members.

Waitlist

Historically, the majority of the NACS Show sells out before all members can be assigned a booth space. Members are encouraged to submit applications for the waitlist. Members will be prioritized over non-members when space becomes available.

NACS Show exhibit space is assigned in Priority Point order. Learn more about how points are calculated and used for booth space selection.

How to Reserve a Booth 

A week-by-week schedule based on priority points is how your selection date is determined. A link to the booth selection application will be emailed to you.

• Reminder email sent the Thursday prior to your company selection date
• Reminder email sent the Monday of your selection date
• Please Note: All email communications will be sent from [email protected].

Best practices for selecting a booth 

• Make sure membership is renewed before your booth selection date. 
• Please provide at least 3-5 booth preferences for your Account Manager to work with 
• Review the NACS Floorplan beforehand to gain an understanding of traffic flow, entrance points, and which section of the floorplan your company will qualify for. 
• Do not rush – Your Account Manager will assign booths in order of priority points and applications are open 48 hours.

For a successful NACS Show, make sure to complete these action items.

October (relevant for new suppliers)

• Submit/renew membership by October 31st to ensure 10 priority points are added to your account. This will strengthen positioning in booth selection for NEA.

Early December 

• Hunter Club Priority Booth Selection begins. Learn more about Hunter Club membership and benefits.

Mid December 

• Standard Suppliers receive their booth selection “save the date” email, entailing when their assigned Priority Group will be submitting booth applications 

December 31

• Membership must be renewed by end of the year to ensure the additional 2 points are accumulated and access to booth applications

Mid January 

• Standard Supplier Booth Selection begins 
• New Exhibitor Area booth selection begins (only 3 weeks of brackets) 
• NACS Show Floor Plan goes live. Check weekly for updates on available booths and monitor any neighbor conflicts.

Mid January-May  

• Submit booth application during your company’s assigned Priority Group
• All relevant links and instructions for selection will be sent out the Thursday before your assigned Priority Group opens up on Monday 
• 50% Booth Deposits are due 30 days after application submission 

May 

• Make hotel reservations and travel arrangements via Connections Housing – The only official NACS Housing partner.
• Begin booth personnel badge registration.

June

• Final booth payments are due 
• Exhibitor Service Kit becomes available 

July

• Pre Show Prep located in the same city as show
• Submit company description and listing information for printed onsite Guide (due July 31, 2026).

August 

• Confirm target/assigned move-in date for freight (based on booth location)
• Place orders for show services (utilities, furniture, freight, etc.)

September 

• Review final company listing on NACS Show mobile app and online exhibitor directory (September 2026)
