Exhibitor Badge Registration Policies/Instructions

For every 100 sq ft of booth space, each exhibitor is allotted:

• 3 booth personnel badges* (expo only). See Important Date details below.
• Additional booth personnel ($95+ per badge) - 2 additional booth personnel badges* (per 100 sq ft of booth space).
• Badges Beyond Allotment ($325+) – If more than 5 exhibitor badges per 100 sq ft are registered, all must be purchased at the prevailing Full Conference rate. 

Full Conference Upgrades – All or some of your allotted booth personnel badges can be “upgraded” to exhibitor full conference. Exhibitor Full Conference badges grant access to the NACS Show Kick-Off Party, general and education sessions as well as the exhibit hall.

*Badge pricing varies based on date registered.  All pricing increases start on October 6, 2026.

Please note: Exhibitors are liable for anyone they register as booth personnel under their company.

Booth Personnel badges may NOT be used for retailers/buyers/clients. 

• For security, safety and insurance liability reasons, booth personnel badges are NOT allowed to be used for retailers, buyers or other customers/clients attending the NACS Show.
• Exhibitor booth personnel rosters will be audited. Unauthorized retailer/customer registrations credentials will be cancelled.  

Note: Booth personnel are not eligible to attend general or education sessions. By registering retailers as booth personnel, they are deprived of the opportunity to attend these very important sessions. In addition, exhibitors are liable for their actions onsite as a badged representative of their company.

1. Login to the exhibitor portal.
2. Select “Badge Registration”.
3. Select “Invite a Customer”. 
4. Select and purchase registrations for your invited customers securing them the $355 Member Rate to attend.
5. Once paid, copy your custom link found at the bottom of the page to invite your customers to attend the NACS Show.
   • All invited attendees must be qualified to attend as a Buyer.

All NACS Show registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to NACS Customer Service.

• Paid booth personnel and/or exhibitor upgrades to full conference, written cancellations received:
  • On/before September 29, 2026 – A refund, less an administrative fee equal to 15% of the amount paid for registration, will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • After September 29, 2026 ;– No refunds will be given after this date under any circumstances.
• Substitution/Transfers – No penalty fee. Registration can be substituted/transferred to another person within your company at any time.
• “No Show” Attendees - No refunds will be issued.

Most exhibitor badge changes can be done by your company’s trade show contact through the registration portal. 

To make changes to your registration list: 

1. Login to the exhibitor portal.
2. Select “Badge Registration”.
3. Select “Add/Edit/View Personnel” from the options on the left-hand side.
4. Once on the “Add/Edit/View Personnel” page, select “View Current Registrants & Cancellations”. Here you can see a list of everyone who is registered (or cancelled). 

To cancel a registration that has no payment associated with the registration, simple click the red “X” next to the person’s name. To cancel a paid registration, you must contact Customer Service at  (469) 513-9489 or by email at [email protected] for assistance.
