Natalie Morhous is CEO and Chairman of the Board of RaceTrac, Inc., one of the largest privately held companies in the United States. RaceTrac® operates three divisions across its family of companies: Convenience (800+ RaceTrac® and RaceWay® stores), Fuels (approximately 1,200 Gulf® branded locations and Energy Dispatch™ fuel logistics), and Restaurants (445+ Potbelly® neighborhood sandwich shops). Since joining RaceTrac in 2012, Morhous has held several leadership roles, including serving as President from 2019 to 2023 before being named CEO in January 2024.
Morhous’ industry and community leadership extends well beyond RaceTrac. She serves on the National Association of Convenience Stores Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Legislative Committee and serves as a Trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta.
She is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and continues to be recognized for her leadership, including being named a “Most Admired CEO” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2024 and “Retail Leader of the Year” by CSP Magazine in 2023. Morhous is a graduate of Leadership Georgia’s 2023 class and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Havertys® Furniture and the advisory board for Emory University’s Center for Ethics.
Morhous holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Connecticut College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
