Vince Cipollone is Director of EV Charging and New Fuel Business at Wawa, Inc., where he leads the company’s electric vehicle charging, travel center, and commercial fuel initiatives. With more than 32 years with Wawa, Vince has built a distinguished career across Store Operations, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Fuel, developing extensive operational and strategic expertise. In his current role, he is responsible for advancing Wawa’s new fuel platforms and helping shape the company’s long-term strategy for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, travel center development, and commercial fuel expansion. Vince earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Neumann University and a Master of Business Administration from Averett University. In addition to his responsibilities at Wawa, he serves on Neumann University’s Board of Trustees and previously served as a reservist in the United States Marine Corps.
