In this role, he oversees all aspects of food and occupational safety, including regulatory compliance (OSHA, USDA, FDA, state, and local), retail and commissary food safety operations, and supply chain integrity12. Jeremy’s expertise spans a wide range of product categories, including refrigerated and high-risk ready-to-eat foods, chocolate, confectionery, and fresh-cut produce.
Jeremy is recognized for his ability to build strong food safety and Safety cultures, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in both Ocupational and food safety systems across the supply chain. Additionally, he contributes to professional advisory boards, including the Food Science Industry Advisory Board at Framingham State University and the Educational Advisory Board for the Food Safety Summit.
