Susie Engemann

Susie Engemann is Vice President of Sales for PepsiCo Foods U.S., leading the Convenience & Gas channel and overseeing the full portfolio of Frito-Lay and Quaker brands. In this role, she is responsible for driving strategic growth, commercial performance, and transformational initiatives across the channel, while leading the Convenience & Gas National Account sales organization and executive-level customer partnerships.

Over her 28-year career with PepsiCo, Susie has built a broad and distinguished leadership portfolio spanning multiple businesses, including Frito-Lay, Quaker, Gatorade, and Away From Home. Her experience across sales, strategy, customer leadership, and supply chain provides a unique end-to-end perspective on delivering value for customers, consumers, and the business.

Known for her ability to translate strategy into execution, Susie has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, accelerating growth, and delivering results at scale. She is an authentic and passionate people leader who is deeply committed to talent development, mentoring future leaders, and fostering strong, accountable organizations.

Outside of PepsiCo, Susie serves on the advisory board for Clemson University’s Sonoco FRESH initiative, supporting value chain sustainability and innovation, and on the board of the Frisco chapter of the Young Men’s Service League.

Susie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University and completed the Wharton Executive Leadership Program.
