Vice President, Human Resources – Field Operations | Casey's

Sherri Hart is the Vice President of Human Resources, Field Operations at Casey's, where she leads Field HRG and Talent Acquisition teams supporting nearly 3,000 store locations across the company's footprint. With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, she partners closely with operations leaders to develop people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, enhance team member engagement, and drive business performance.

In her current role, Sherri is responsible for supporting the talent and workforce needs of Casey's field operations, with a focus on leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, team member relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about building strong leadership pipelines and creating opportunities for team members at all levels to grow and succeed.

Prior to assuming her current position, Sherri spent six years leading Total Rewards at Casey's, overseeing compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards programs for team members across the organization. Her experience leading both Total Rewards and Field HR provides a unique perspective on the connection between team member experience, leadership effectiveness, retention, and business results.

Throughout her career, Sherri has been recognized for her practical, people-centered approach to leadership and her ability to align talent strategies with business objectives. She has played a key role in advancing initiatives focused on attracting talent, improving team member experience, and strengthening organizational culture.
