Andy Lupo is Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Pilot, where he leads Retail Fuel, Marketing, Technology, Digital Products and AI. He is responsible for driving commercial growth, enabling the enterprise, advancing customer experience and leveraging data, technology and artificial intelligence to create value across Pilot. Prior to his current role, Andy served as Chief Technology Officer and previously led Pilot’s Advanced Analytics organization. Before joining Pilot in 2020, he spent more than 20 years in commercial leadership roles spanning analytics, marketing, pricing and sales.
