Benjamin (Ben) Lucky, is Sr. Director of Foodservice for Onvo and an award-winning chef with more than 25 years of experience building successful foodservice programs in convenience retail, travel centers, grocery, and restaurants.
His experience spans culinary development, category management, merchandising, operations, supply chain, training, and strategic growth, with initiatives reaching from small-format concepts to networks of more than 13,000 locations.
His career has included foodservice leadership roles with brands such as US military, ExxonMobil LATAM, Chevron-Extra Mile, Kroger, am/pm, Maverik, Puma Energy LATAM, Dash In, Cal's/Stripes, and 7-Eleven, helping operators develop scalable, profitable food programs that balance culinary innovation and menu engineering with operational excellence. Recognized as Foodservice Innovator of the Year in 2023, Ben is known for translating food trends into practical solutions that drive sales, simplify execution, and enhance the customer experience.

Convenience Connect is an opportunity for our newest NACS supplier members to meet and learn from influential convenience retailers. During this 90-minute session, retailers representing a range of store sizes will host small groups of new suppliers to discuss industry topics relevant to their stores. Groups will rotate every 15 minutes to hear perspectives from other retailers. At the end of the third rotation, participants will continue informal conversations over light refreshments.
