Beth Hoffer is Vice President at Weigel’s Stores, Inc., a family-owned convenience store chain based in Powell, Tennessee. With over a decade of experience in the company, Beth has been instrumental in reshaping Weigel’s foodservice strategy—leading initiatives that streamlined operations, elevated food quality, and drove double-digit growth.
Under her leadership, Weigel’s recently completed a 110,000-square-foot commissary and bakery facility, significantly expanding its fresh food production capabilities. Beth’s vision emphasizes a "food-first" approach, team empowerment, and servant leadership—ensuring that foodservice excellence is a shared priority throughout the organization.
Beyond her role at Weigel’s, Beth serves on the Board of the National Advisory Group (NAG) and contributes to industry advancement through her involvement in the NACS Content Committee.
A strong advocate for developing future leaders, Beth is passionate about creating opportunities for women in the workplace and building inclusive teams that drive results.
