Jayme Gough

Jayme Gough is the Director of Research and Development at NACS. She leads NACS' consumer insights portfolio, Convenience Voices, which is a comprehensive program designed to gather and analyze feedback from convenience store shoppers. She manages the development and deployment mobile surveys to verified convenience shoppers, providing data-driven insights that help answer critical business questions, enabling operators and suppliers to better understand consumer preferences, behaviors, and trends. She has a passion for helping businesses achieve success using data-drive strategies.

Jayme joined NACS in 2017, holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Bates College and is a certified project manager.
