Matt Riezman leads NexChapter's Retail Media Practice and brings over 15 years of experience across the convenience and CPG industries. Today he works directly with retailers to build, launch, and operate retail media networks, and to optimize existing networks for growth and profitability. His guidance spans network strategy, loyalty, digital commerce, and the underlying data and technology, helping retailers stand up new revenue streams and mature them into sustainable, high-performing businesses. With experience on both the CPG side and as a retail operator who has built a network firsthand, Matt brings a rare dual vantage point as both a buyer and a seller of retail media.
