Heather Hearn serves as the Supervisor of E-Commerce Fraud and Physical Security for Wawa, Inc. where she has worked for over 29 years. In her capacity, Heather leads the strategic development of physical security systems and initiatives, oversees e-commerce fraud mitigation efforts and directs the formulation of security policies and training programs for the company.
Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata University, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University and is Loss Prevention Certified by the Loss Prevention Foundation. Beyond her responsibilities at Wawa, Heather is the President for the Restaurant Loss Prevention and Security Association (RLPSA) and previously held the position of Board Secretary for Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
