Ashley Boston is the Risk and Compliance Manager at Strauch Companies, where she oversees age-restricted sales compliance, workplace safety, and workers’ compensation across a multi-location convenience retail and car wash operation.
Ashley also serves as the Bay Area and Central Coast Chapter Chair for the California Fuels and Convenience Alliance (CFCA), where she is an advocate for California’s fuels and convenience industry. Working alongside retailers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, she has helped shape discussions on local and state legislation affecting convenience stores and fuel retailers. Through direct engagement with elected officials, city councils, and county boards, Ashley has successfully advocated for practical policy solutions that reduce unnecessary burdens on retailers while supporting compliance, economic growth, and community investment. Her advocacy efforts have contributed to favorable outcomes that have minimized the impact of proposed ordinances and legislation on convenience and fuel retailers throughout California.
