Donald Emery

As the Senior Manager over Products for the Payment Solutions Team at CHS, Don brings a unique background of product management, process improvement, and marketing coordination to develop solutions that fit his merchant’s needs.

Don has over 20 years’ experience working for multiple firms in many diverse industries, where he learned the importance of balancing people, process, and technology to meet business requirements.  He is currently active with Conexxus, where he serves as the Vice Chair for the Innovation and Research Committee, and actively participates in many security and other related groups.  He also participates and serves on committees for Point-of-Sale vendors and Managed Network Service Providers to provide feedback and insight into his merchants' needs.

Don prides himself on balancing the needs of merchants, all while ensuring payment card compliance and regulatory requirements are being met. His extensive knowledge of technology and security helps him work with his teams to build solution stacks that are robust yet functional for the everyday demands of customers.
